人文素养视角下的海洋意识教育主要是以人的可持续发展为切入口,除了关注海洋之外,更是体现人海关系中人的地位和价值,探索人在开发和利用海洋的过程当中的使命与执行力,注重处理人海和谐关系,更加以人为本。同时,和人文素养一样,海洋意识教育也要从海洋的美和价值两个角度去认识海洋,注重提升海洋意识教育内容和手段的多样化、形象化和情感化,接近人的灵魂,体现人的价值,调动人的积极性和主观能动性,以保证海洋意识教育的实效性。
