家园共育是幼儿园教育的重要组成部分,《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中指出:“幼儿园应与家庭、社区密切合作,与小学衔接,综合利用各种教育资源,共同为幼儿的发展创造良好的条件。”家长是幼儿的第一任老师,家庭教育对于幼儿的影响十分重要。家园主动携手对幼儿进行同步教育,是促进幼儿健康发展的必由之路。在工作中,我们把家长工作提到教育教学工作的重要位置,与家长建立相互信任、相互尊重、相互支持的合作伙伴关系,积极支持、帮助家长提高教育能力,科学有效地实现家园共育。 Home-school co-education is an important part of kindergarten education.
