信访在我们国家存在已有悠久的历史,信访想要更好的发挥其作用就需要一个合理有效运作的制度来进行规制。近些年来,我们国家出台了相应的《信访条例》来规制信访制度,产生了一些积极的效果,但同时,信访在我国还存在一定的问题。许多省和较大市都出现了大量信访案件堆积的现象,造成了社会的相对不稳定。因此,严格规制信访制度迫在眉睫,信访制度的法治化是当下我们亟待解决的一个问题。本文通过论述我国信访出现的问题,以及问题背后的原因,试图对我国的信访制度进行一次再思考。使我们的国家,我们的民众走出信访困境。 Letters and calls exist in our country has a long history, letters and visits in order to better play its role we need a reasonable and effective system to carry out the regulation.
