在长期的课堂观察中,我发现,教师通常都十分关注孩子们的显性收获,如孩子当堂学习的新知识、在学校的常规表现等,这些对教师而言是易检测、好补救的内容。在教师和管理者看来,学生常规表现好、知识掌握得扎实,这就是优质的课堂。但是在这段时间来学校应聘教师的试讲中,我发现在课堂上被教师忽视的教育细节,恰恰是对孩子很重要的成长习惯,我们暂且叫做孩子的隐性收获。
In my long-term classroom observation, I found that teachers are usually very concerned about children’s explicit gains, such as children’s learning new knowledge, the school’s routine performance, which is easy for teachers to detect, good remedy content. In the view of teachers and managers, students perform well in routine and have a solid grasp of knowledge. This is a good classroom. But during this period of time to apply for teachers in the school trial, I found that the details of the education in the classroom is ignored by teachers, it is precisely the growth habits of children is very important, for the time being we call the children’s hidden gains.
