在东南亚和西太平洋以休克和出血为特征的严重登革热已成为死亡的主要原因。在牙买加新近一次流行中第一次见到登革热休克综合征和登革出血热。病例一:一位42岁的入院妇女有发热、寒战、头痛、眼球后痛、胸背痛,呕吐和昏倒等三天病史。她神志混乱、坐立不安,体温在正常以下(35.5℃)、四肢冷湿。脉搏112次/分,微弱。血压90/0毫米汞柱,呼吸40次/分而浅,中心静脉压为+2厘米水柱。
Severe dengue, characterized by shock and bleeding in Southeast Asia and the Western Pacific, has become the leading cause of death. Dengue shock syndrome and dengue haemorrhagic fever are seen for the first time in a recent epidemic in Jamaica. Case 1: A 42-year-old woman with fever, chills, headache, post-ocular pain, chest pain, vomiting and fainting three-day history. Confusion in her mind, restless, body temperature below normal (35.5 ℃), limbs cold and wet. Pulse 112 beats / min, weak. Blood pressure 90/0 mm Hg, breathing 40 beats / min and light, central venous pressure is +2 cm water column.
