目的:对口腔内金属和合金材料耐腐蚀性因素及其提高方法进行探讨。方法:分析、对比了口腔修复用金属腐蚀性影响因素。结果:对应不同的影响因素得出相应的分析结果。金属及合金材料腐蚀的影响因素有异种金属、介质成分、PH值、合金成分等。改变牙科合金的表面改性和成分可提高金属及合金材料的耐腐蚀性。在开发选用牙科合金时,应尽量多的加入易于形成致密氧化膜的金属元素、惰性元素以及贵金属元素,达到提高合金耐腐蚀性的目的。材料中诸多机械性能可利用深冷处理技术进行改善,好处是能够确保稳定的尺寸,同时提高材料的生物相容性及抗腐蚀能力。结论:为降低金属及合金材料性能对人体的不良影响,应改善牙科合金的生物相容性与耐腐蚀性。
Objective: To study the factors of corrosion resistance of the metal and alloy in the oral cavity and its improving methods. Methods: Analyzed and compared the influential factors of corrosive metal used for oral repair. Results: corresponding to different influencing factors to draw the corresponding analysis results. Metal and alloy corrosion factors are dissimilar metals, media composition, PH value, alloy composition. Changing the surface modification and composition of dental alloys improves the corrosion resistance of metals and alloys. In the development and selection of dental alloys, should be as much as possible to join the formation of dense oxide film easy to metal elements, inert elements and precious metals, to achieve the purpose of improving the corrosion resistance of the alloy. Many of the mechanical properties of the material can be improved with cryogenic treatment techniques, with the benefit of ensuring a consistent dimension while improving the biocompatibility and corrosion resistance of the material. Conclusion: In order to reduce the adverse effects of metal and alloy materials on human body, the biocompatibility and corrosion resistance of dental alloys should be improved.
