结合公路建设项目管理的特殊性,构建了执行控制体系评价指标体系,提出了定量指标的取值公式,创新性地将可拓理论用于公路工程执行控制体系评价,创建了执行控制体系评价模型,系统地解决了这一复杂体系的评价问题。运用此评价指标体系及方法对珠江黄埔大桥项目执行控制体系进行评价,确定了评价等级及薄弱环节,为进一步完善执行控制体系提供依据,以保证项目目标的顺利实现。研究表明,该方法用于执行控制体系评价是科学、可行的。
Combined with the particularity of highway construction project management, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of execution control system, puts forward the formula of the quantitative index, creatively uses the extension theory in the highway project execution control system evaluation, establishes the evaluation model of execution control system , Systematically solved the evaluation of this complex system issues. This evaluation index system and method are used to evaluate the execution control system of Zhujiang Huangpu Bridge project, and the evaluation levels and weak links are determined, so as to provide basis for further improving the implementation control system so as to ensure the smooth realization of the project objectives. The research shows that it is scientifically feasible to use this method to carry out the evaluation of control system.
