Objective: To analyze the effect of uterine monolayer suture and double stitching on pelvic adhesions and incision healing during cesarean section. Methods: A total of 120 pregnant women undergoing secondary cesarean section were recruited from March 2014 to May 2016 in Chongqing Population and Family Planning Institute of Science and Technology. According to the random number table method, 60 pregnant women example. Pregnant women who were treated by double suture method were divided into study group and pregnant women with monolayer suture method as reference group. Finally, the statistical analysis of the suture effect of the two groups of pregnant women was made. Results: After the two groups of pregnant women were sutured by different methods, the incidence of pelvic adhesions in study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group, and the excellent rate of incision healing was significantly higher than that of the reference group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of intraoperative blood loss and operative time (P> 0.05). Results: Cesarean section to the bilateral uterine suture than single-stitched more advantages, and reduce the incidence of pelvic adhesions.
