介绍了近几年国内外金属基复合材料 (MMCs)高速超塑性的研究现状 ,包括拉伸超塑性、压缩超塑性。综述了各种基体和增强体复合材料的制备方法、获得高速超塑性的条件及高速超塑变形的特点。对于高速超塑性的变形机制 ,尤其是颗粒增强金属基复合材料的拉伸超塑变形机制进行了详细阐述。最后提出了MMCs高速超塑性存在的问题和今后研究的重点。
The research status of high speed superplasticity of metal matrix composites (MMCs) at home and abroad in recent years is introduced, including stretching superplasticity and compressing superplasticity. The preparation methods of various matrix and reinforced composite materials are summarized, and the conditions of high speed superplasticity and the characteristics of high speed superplastic deformation are summarized. The mechanism of high-speed superplastic deformation, especially the tensile superplastic deformation mechanism of particle reinforced metal matrix composites, is elaborated. Finally, the problems existing in the high speed superplasticity of MMCs and the emphasis of the future research are put forward.
