目的:建立雌性鹌鹑高尿酸血症模型并针对此模型探讨其病理特征。方法:选择迪法克品系和龙城品系雌性鹌鹑各30只,分别按体重随机分为两组:对照组,模型组,每组15只,对照组予普通饲料,模型组予造模料(15g/kg.d)。动态观察两种品系鹌鹑毛色、精神状态、体重变化情况,并检测尿酸(UA)水平。两种品系进行比较,选择造模效果较理想的品系,通过检测其甘油三酯(TG)、血糖(GLU)水平变化及与UA代谢相关酶黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、鸟嘌呤脱氨酶(GD)活性,总结雌性鹌鹑高尿酸血症模型病理特征。结果:两种品系鹌鹑各组毛色有光泽,精神状态较佳。龙城鹌鹑体重增长不均匀,波动较大,迪法克鹌鹑体重基本呈增长趋势。龙城鹌鹑造模20天、40天、60天时,模型组尿酸水平均升高,与对照组比较,有显著性差异。造模30天时,模型组尿酸水平出现一过性降低,与对照组比较无显著性差异。迪法克鹌鹑造模7天、14天、21天和28天,模型组血清UA水平均升高,与对照组比较,有显著性差异。经比较选择迪法克鹌鹑总结其病理特征。模型组TG、GLU水平在造模期间与对照组比较无显著性差异。模型组造模7天时GD活性显著升高,28天时XOD、ADA、GD活性升高,与对照组比较,有显著性差异。结论:本实验通过两种品系比较成功建立了迪法克雌性鹌鹑高尿酸血症模型。造模期间高尿酸水平持续,不伴有TG、GLU水平升高的病理现象,造模28天时XOD、ADA、GD活性升高。
Objective: To establish a model of hyperuricemia in female quail and investigate the pathological features of this model. Methods: Thirty female dietary members of DiFake strain and Longcheng strain were randomly divided into two groups according to body weight: control group, model group, 15 rats in each group, normal control group, 15g / kg.d). The quail color, mental state and body weight of the two strains were observed dynamically and the level of uric acid (UA) was detected. The two strains were compared to select the better model strains. The levels of triglyceride (TG), blood glucose (GLU) and the enzymes related to UA metabolism such as xanthine oxidase (XOD), adenosine deaminase (ADA), guanine deaminase (GD) activity, summarize the pathological features of female quail hyperuricemia model. Results: The two groups of quails each group has shiny coat color, mental state is better. Longcheng quail body weight gain uneven, volatile, Di Fake quail body weight showed an upward trend. Longcheng quail modeling 20 days, 40 days, 60 days, the model group, uric acid levels were elevated, compared with the control group, there were significant differences. On the 30th day after modeling, the level of uric acid in the model group decreased transiently, showing no significant difference compared with the control group. Di Fake quail modeling 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days, model group serum UA levels were increased, compared with the control group, there was a significant difference. Digestive quails were compared to choose their pathological features. There was no significant difference in TG and GLU levels between model group and control group during modeling. The activity of GD in model group increased significantly on the 7th day, and the activity of XOD, ADA and GD increased on the 28th day. There was a significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion: In this experiment, we successfully established a model of hyperfaturia in Di Fake female quail through the comparison of two strains. During the modeling period, the level of uric acid continued without the pathological changes of elevated TG and GLU levels. The activities of XOD, ADA and GD increased after 28 days of modeling.
