在知识经济时代,用户知识是图书馆进行服务创新的基础环节。用户知识管理逐渐成为图书馆服务创新战略成功实施的关键措施。知识服务和管理是以读者需求为中心,围绕知识增值和知识创新的专业化需求,提供个性化和综合集成化的图书馆服务。本文主要结合实际情况,就基于图书馆知识观的图书馆服务内容进行了分析,然后提知识管理在图书馆国服务创新中的应用途径,希望通过本次研究对更好的促进图书馆读者服务质量提升有一定帮助。
In the era of knowledge economy, user knowledge is the basic link of library service innovation. User knowledge management has gradually become the key measure for the successful implementation of the innovation strategy of library services. Knowledge service and management are based on the needs of readers, and provide individualized and integrated library services around the specialized needs of knowledge appreciation and knowledge innovation. Based on the actual situation, this article mainly analyzes the library service content based on the view of library knowledge, and then introduces the application of knowledge management in the service innovation of library countries.
