该研究建立UFLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS技术结合多元统计分析法快速、简便、准确鉴别不同产地杏香兔耳风药材差异性的方法。采用超高速液相-飞行时间串联质谱仪(UFLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)对江西、云南、江苏和河南地区等产地的杏香兔耳风药材进行检测,质谱采用ESI源的负离子模式,利用Markerview等软件对数据结果进行PCA和OPLS-DA聚类分析及t检验。结果显示在负离子模式下不同产地的药材主成分得到了良好的区分,聚类结果同时体现了杏香兔耳风药材在地域间的差异性和相似性,共鉴定出40种差异成分。该研究建立的鉴别杏香兔耳风药材产地差异性的方法具有快速准确和简便等优势,为杏香兔耳风不同产地的药材质量评价奠定了基础。
This study established the method of UFLC-Q-TOF-MS / MS combined with multivariate statistical analysis method to quickly, easily and accurately identify the differences of the herbs of apricot rabbit’s ear from different areas. The samples of apricot from Beijing, Yunnan, Jiangsu and Henan provinces were detected by UFLC-TOF-MS / MS. The ESI source negative ion mode was used for mass spectrometry. PCA and OPLS-DA cluster analysis and t-test were used to analyze the data using Markerview and other software. The results showed that the main components of medicinal materials in different producing areas were well differentiated in the negative ion mode. The clustering results also reflected the differences and similarities of the apricot sibiricus medicinal materials in different geographical regions. A total of 40 different components were identified. The method established in this study to identify the origin of apricot herbaceous ear herbs has the advantages of fast, accurate and simple, and other advantages for the origin of apricot Hong Kong herbs in different areas of quality evaluation laid the foundation.
