现有的井下电牵引采煤机多以启停状态监测为主,无法有效地监测采煤机的运行状态。本文针对总体布置的采煤机,提出了采煤机关键参数的监测方法。根据调高模型,总结了采煤机非水平工作时采高的精确计算公式;应用串行输出的绝对型编码器,推导出采煤机相对于液压支架的位置公式;阐述了监测井下瓦斯浓度、截割部、牵引部电机电流和高速轴温度的方案。该方法可实现对采煤机外部参数和内部参数的动态监测,为制定采煤机远程监测系统的整体方案奠定了基础。
The existing underground electric haulage shearer mostly start-stop state monitoring, can not effectively monitor the operation of shearer. In this paper, for the overall arrangement of shearer, put forward the key parameters of shearer monitoring method. According to the height adjustment model, the accurate calculation formula of mining height in non-horizontal working of shearer is summarized. The position formula of shearer relative to hydraulic support is deduced by using the absolute output of serial output. , Cutting department, traction motor current and high-speed axis temperature program. The method can realize the dynamic monitoring of the external parameters and internal parameters of the shearer, which lays the foundation for the overall scheme of designing the shearer remote monitoring system.
