目的探讨上海市某社区张贴海报宣传脑卒中防治知识的适宜性和可行性。方法用自然观察法结合方便抽样的问卷调查,了解社区居民阅读脑卒中防治知识海报的行为和影响因素以及居民对海报的意见和建议。结果本次共调查80人,居民对海报的阅读率为3.7%,阅读时间中位数为10秒。未阅读海报的50人中,有32.0%的人以前阅读过该类海报,以此估计整个张贴周期内海报的阅读率为34.5%。阅读海报的主要原因为对海报的内容感兴趣,未阅读的主要原因为没时间。受访者建议海报设计应该画面新颖、内容简明,图文并茂,并在社区信息发布集中的地方张贴。结论海报作为宣传脑卒中防治知识的载体有一定的作用,但海报设计时应注意画面和内容,海报张贴时应注意选择合适的地点。
Objective To explore the suitability and feasibility of posting posters in a community in Shanghai to promote knowledge on prevention and treatment of stroke. Methods Using natural observation and questionnaire survey to understand the behaviors and influential factors of community residents reading posters of knowledge of stroke prevention and control as well as residents’ opinions and suggestions on posters. Results A total of 80 people were surveyed. The residents’ reading rate on posters was 3.7% and the reading time was 10 seconds. Of the 50 persons who did not read posters, 32.0% of them had read such posters before, so the posting rate of posters was estimated to be 34.5% throughout the posting cycle. The main reason for reading posters is the content of posters, the main reason for not reading is no time. The interviewees suggested that the poster design should be new in screen, concise and illustrated, and should be posted where the community information is released. Conclusion posters as a vehicle to promote knowledge of prevention and treatment of stroke have some effect, but posters should pay attention to the design of the screen and content, poster postings should pay attention to choose the right place.
