目前适用于多种食用菌生长发育的培养基为数甚少。笔者经过几年的摸索,研制出一种适合于多种食用菌生长发育的麦粒汁马铃薯琼脂培养基(简称WPA),现介绍如下。(一)试验材料:WPA 培养基原料为麦粒汁、马铃薯、酵母浸汁膏、硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾、蔗糖、琼脂。对照培养基为改良PDA。两种培养基的不同点是WPA 用麦粒汁,PDA 用自来水。供试菌种有佛罗里达平菇、凤尾菇(福建)、金针菇8830(上海)、平菇28(本所)、香菇8806(日本)、木耳(黑龙江)。(二)培养基制备:①称取麦粒500克浸泡15小
At present, a small number of mediums are suitable for the growth and development of many edible fungi. After several years of exploration, I developed a suitable for a variety of edible fungus growth and development of wheat grain juice agar (referred to as WPA), are described below. (B) Medium Preparation: ① Weigh 500 grams of wheat soaked 15 hours
