众所周知,任何监护病室都是高费用、高危险和低效益的。新生儿监护病室尤其如此。本文从卫生经济学角度探讨监护病室是否有可能达到经济平衡。支出投资费用:(1)房屋与常规家俱;(2)空调;(3)诊断或监护设备。发展中国家必须反复研究监护病室配备的轻重缓急,应优先考虑:(a)人类感觉测定不能代替的设备优先于配合或替代人类观察的设备;(b)必需设备优先于各科通用设备;(c)非损伤性设备优先于损伤性设备;(d)
It is well known that any intensive care unit is expensive, dangerous and ineffective. This is especially true of neonatal intensive care units. From the perspective of health economics, this article discusses whether it is possible for the intensive care unit to achieve economic balance. Expenditure on investment costs: (1) housing and conventional furniture; (2) air conditioning; (3) diagnostic or monitoring equipment. Developing countries must repeatedly study the priorities of guardianship wards and should give priority to: (a) Equipment that cannot be replaced by human sensory testing prioritizes equipment that matches or replaces human observations; (b) Prerequisite equipment takes precedence over general equipment in each subject; (c Non-injury equipment takes priority over injurious equipment; (d)
