在国家对事业单位深化改革的大背景下,本文探讨了事业单位财务信息化大潮中网络报销系统构建的必要性,阐明了财务网络报销系统可以增加员工工作效率、提升单位财务管理水平,同时对网络报销系统相关设计要点进行了探讨,进一步认为网络报销系统在前期设计阶段就有助于改善管理、有利于加强财务内部控制,此外,文章对系统设计过程中的管理细节深化以及在网络报销系统中具体如何实现也提出了相应的措施和方案。
