型砂性能是生产合格铸件的关键,因而型砂性能的在线控制已成为现代铸造生产所必需解决的一个技术问题。为了实现在线控制,本文介绍了所研制的型砂性能在线检测仪及检测方法,以及利用该仪器对型砂性能和成分之间的关系进行的研究。获得了在恒定紧实率条件下,型砂中主要成份(膨润土、死土)和主要性能(透气率、劈裂强度)之间定量关系的回归方程和网状图。在网状图上可划出成分和性能的合格范围。分析了在循环使用中的型砂性能和成分的变化趋向。提出了简单易行的控制方法:当型砂成分在允许限度内变动时,可使用“标准配方”混砂,而当达到接近极限允许值时,需用“调整配方”使其恢复到目标值附近。
Sand performance is the key to producing qualified castings, and therefore the online control of sand properties has become a technical issue that must be solved in modern foundry production. In order to realize the on-line control, this paper introduces the on-line detector and testing method of the developed sand performance and the research on the relationship between the performance and composition of the sand by using the instrument. The regression equation and the mesh diagram of the quantitative relationship between the main components (bentonite, dead soil) and the main properties (permeability, splitting strength) of the sand under constant compaction rate were obtained. The mesh can be drawn on the composition and performance of the qualified range. The tendency of the performance and composition of the sand in recycling was analyzed. Proposed a simple and easy control method: When the composition of sand changes within the allowable limits, the use of “standard formula” mixed sand, and when approaching the limit allowable value, the need to use “adjust the recipe” to make it near the target value .
