目的制备褐藻酸钙-壳聚糖胃漂浮型微丸,并考察各因素对微丸漂浮性能的影响。方法将添加制泡剂的褐藻酸钠溶液缓慢滴入添加醋酸的壳聚糖-氯化钙溶液中,干燥后得到褐藻酸钙-壳聚糖胃漂浮型微丸,考察制泡剂和醋酸加入量,褐藻酸钠溶液浓度,壳聚糖浓度及氯化钙浓度对微丸漂浮性能的影响。结果制泡剂和醋酸加入量是漂浮性能主要影响因素,同时褐藻酸钠溶液浓度,壳聚糖浓度及氯化钙浓度也有一定影响。结论制泡剂和醋酸加入量是漂浮性能主要影响因素,同时褐藻酸钠溶液浓度,壳聚糖浓度及氯化钙浓度也有一定影响。结论成功制备具有良好漂浮性能的褐藻酸钙-壳聚糖胃漂浮型微丸,为开发新型多单元胃漂浮给药系统提供试验依据。
Objective To prepare calcium alginate-chitosan gastric floating pellets and investigate the influence of various factors on the pellet floating properties. Methods The sodium alginate solution with the foaming agent was slowly dropped into the chitosan-calcium chloride solution added with acetic acid and dried to obtain the calcium alginate-chitosan floating-type pellets. The effects of the foaming agent and the addition of acetic acid Volume, the concentration of sodium alginate solution, the concentration of chitosan and the concentration of calcium chloride on the floating performance of the pellets. Results The amount of foaming agent and acetic acid added were the main influencing factors of the floating performance. Meanwhile, the concentration of sodium alginate solution, chitosan concentration and calcium chloride concentration also had certain effects. Conclusions The amount of foaming agent and acetic acid added are the main influencing factors of the floating performance. Meanwhile, the concentration of sodium alginate solution, the concentration of chitosan and the concentration of calcium chloride also have an impact. Conclusion The calcium alginate-chitosan gastric floating pellets with good floating performance were successfully prepared, which provided experimental basis for the development of new multi-unit gastric floating delivery system.
