湘江氮肥厂热电站锅炉为WGZ-75/39-7型液态排渣立式旋风炉,该炉自1975年投产后一直燃用重油运行,其旋风筒经高温气流的长期冲刷,原有的碳化硅耐火炉衬已大面积脱落,水冷壁管全部暴露。1979年,为使该炉恢复以煤为燃料,对旋风筒的炉衬进行了修补。修补后,经短期运行后检查:新老炉衬结合紧密,无裂纹、脱落和崩坍现象。说明液态排渣炉采用磷酸铝为胶凝剂捣制的碳化硅耐火炉衬,无论局部或大面积脱落均可以采取修补措施,而不需重新更换新炉衬。这样可以节约大量昂贵的碳化硅炉衬材料并降低检修费用。现将修补工艺介绍如下:
