目的了解血站职工主观幸福感及其影响因素,找到提高职工幸福感的工作切入点。方法编制《北京市红十字血液中心在职职工主观幸福感调查问卷》,对中心在职职工进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果中心在职职工自我评价满意度总体高于85%,有58.3%的职工对目前工作不满意主要表现在收入、劳动强度、心理压力和工作环境几个方面。工作压力的来源,51.86%的职工认为是职业风险大、责任重;41%的职工认为是职业风险大、责任重和岗位工作量大;20%的职工认为是科室人际关系复杂、与服务对象沟通不畅。结论要对职工实施人文关怀,改善现有工作条件,降低工作压力;建立各种激励机制,帮助职工成长成才;与职工共筑发展愿景,从参与管理、参与决策的层面提高职工的主观幸福感。
Objective To understand the subjective well-being of blood-stasis workers and its influencing factors, and to find the entry point to improve the happiness of workers. Methods The “Questionnaire on subjective well-being of serving staffs in Beijing Red Cross Blood Center” was prepared and the employees in the center were surveyed, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The self-evaluation satisfaction of the working staff in the center was higher than 85% in total, and 58.3% of the staff were dissatisfied with the current work mainly in terms of income, labor intensity, psychological stress and work environment. 51.86% of the workers think it is a big risk of occupation and a heavy responsibility; 41% of the workers think it is a big occupation risk, a heavy responsibility and a heavy workload; 20% think it is a complex interpersonal relationship with clients Poor communication. Conclusion To implement humane care for employees, improve existing work conditions and reduce work pressure; establish various incentive mechanisms to help employees grow and become successful; together with staff and workers to build a development vision, improve their subjective well-being from the perspective of participation in management and participation in decision-making .
