结合实际生产,对宽厚板坯表面横裂纹、纵裂纹、氩气泡疤产生的原因进行了机理性分析。提出了消除宽板坯表面质量缺陷的具体措施。采用较弱的二冷配水,适当高的拉坯速度及矫直温度等,有助于降低表面横裂纹缺陷;采用较低且稳定的拉坯速度,低的吹氩量及水口浸入深度,有助于降低表面氩气泡疤缺陷;结晶器采用缓冷工艺,保持较小的液面波动等可有效防止铸坯表面纵裂纹的发生。
