LB(Langmuir—Blodgett)膜技术是最近发展起来的单分子膜复合高技术,由于LB膜具有厚度精确可控、排列规则等显著特点,使之成为研制新型生化传感敏感膜的有效方法之一。本文对LB膜在生化传感器,包括气敏传感器、离子敏传感器以及生物传感器等方面的应用进行了综述,介绍了上述各类LB膜传感器研制的最新进展以及其结构、特性,分析了LB膜作为敏感膜的优点及不足,并对今后的发展趋势作了展望。
LB (Langmuir-Blodgett) membrane technology is a newly developed monolayer composite high-tech. Because LB film has the characteristics of precise and controllable thickness and regular arrangement, it has become one of the effective methods to develop new biochemical sensor-sensitive membrane . In this paper, the applications of LB film in biochemical sensors, including gas sensors, ion sensors and biosensors are reviewed. The latest development of LB films and their structure and characteristics are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the sensitive membrane, and prospects for the future development trend.
