作者取健康家兔17只,分为两组,分别吸入氧体积分数为5%(缺氧Ⅰ组)和10%(缺氧Ⅱ组)的氮氧混合气,建立了急性缺氧动物模型,用有创性心导管方法测定心室舒张功能,研究缺氧对心室舒张功能的影响。结果显示,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的心室舒张功能指标分别于缺氧40min和50min时,比对照组显著下降;同时收缩功能也下降。本文结果表明,无论是吸入体积分数较低(5%)的氧或吸入体积分数相对较高(10%)的氧,随着缺氧时间的延长,心室舒张功能都下降。另外,缺氧所致心室舒张功能障碍时还伴有收缩功能异常。
A total of 17 healthy rabbits were divided into two groups, respectively, inhaled oxygen concentration of 5% (hypoxia Ⅰ group) and 10% (hypoxia Ⅱ group) of nitrogen and oxygen mixture, the establishment of an acute hypoxia animal model, Ventricular diastolic function was measured by invasive catheterization to study the effect of hypoxia on ventricular diastolic function. The results showed that the indexes of ventricular diastolic function in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ decreased significantly compared with the control group at 40min and 50min hypoxia, respectively. Meanwhile, the systolic function also decreased. The results of this study show that both the lower volume (5%) oxygen inhalation and the relatively high volume fraction (10%) inhaled oxygen decrease ventricular diastolic function as hypoxia time increases. In addition, hypoxia caused by ventricular diastolic dysfunction is also associated with abnormal systolic function.
