本文所述的是利用发光二极管制作测温元件的测温装置的发明。过去一般用热敏电阻、热电偶、测温电阻等作为测温元件。虽然热敏电阻比较便宜,可是,温度——电阻特性在低温范围是非线性的,因此,在从低温到高温的宽广范围,需要用补偿电路。热电偶的温度与电动势虽然具有较好的线性,可是不易再提高精度,而且成本费用比热敏电阻还贵;测温电阻体在线性、精度等方面都较好,可是,价格也比热敏电阻高。而且,上述各种感温元件缺乏发光作用,用在温度检测装置上时,还要加设温度指示或报警显示部份,如加用氖灯等,价格就更高了。
