飞机铆钉连接设计涉及设计部门与计算部门,部门之间的数据交流过程不仅浪费大量时间,而且也会因为配合不协调导致数据版本等出现错误。为了优化飞机铆钉连接设计流程,文章提出了一种结合两个部门功能并利用设计者自身知识的计算机辅助设计方法,其核心是一个能够从多方面综合评价铆钉连接设计的算法以及一个友善的用户界面。将方法应用于SaM146涡轮发动机机舱铆钉连接设计,验证了其有效性。
Aircraft riveting connection design involves the design department and the computing department, the data exchange process between departments not only waste a lot of time, but also because of inconsistencies lead to data version error. In order to optimize the design process of aircraft rivets, this paper presents a computer aided design method which combines the functions of two departments and utilizes the designer’s own knowledge. The core of the method is an algorithm that can comprehensively evaluate the rivet connection design from many aspects and a friendly user interface. The method is applied to the rivet connection design of SaM146 turbo engine engine room to verify its effectiveness.
