长期以来铁路区段通信处在比较落后的状态。目前铁路现场大部分采用共线方式,即在一对线路上并联分机用户(10~20个)。这种方式存在着严重的缺点。由于通话能力低,经常发生通话阻塞,而且话音质量差。因此,旧式区段通信网不能满足铁路运输日益增长的需要。为了改变铁路区段通信落后面貌,根据部科技发展规划,由铁道部科学研究院通号所和郑州局科研所共同研制了郑州至洛阳段数字式区段通信系统。
For a long time, railway sector communications are in a backward state. At present, most of the railroads adopt the collinear way, that is, the parallel extension users (10-20) on a pair of lines. There are serious drawbacks to this approach. Due to low call capacity, call blocking often occurs, and voice quality is poor. Therefore, the old sector communication network can not meet the increasing needs of railway transportation. In order to change the backwardness of the communications in the railway section, according to the Ministry of Science and Technology Development Plan, the digital section communication system from Zhengzhou to Luoyang was jointly developed by the No. Station of the Ministry of Railways and the Scientific Research Institute of Zhengzhou Bureau.
