2006-2012年全国19省三带喙库蚊监测研究

目的了解全国病媒生物监测点三带喙库蚊种群密度及季节消长,为三带喙库蚊及相关传染病防治提供依据。方法 2006-2012年在全国病媒生物监测点用诱蚊灯法对城镇居民区、公园、医院、农户和牲畜棚等5种生境的三带喙库蚊进行监测,并对监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2006-2012年全国病媒生物监测点三带喙库蚊总体平均密度为0.82只/(灯·h)。在19个监测省份中,华东地区的江苏省及华南地区的湖南省和湖北省三带喙库蚊密度相对较高。不同地区不同月份三带喙库蚊密度差异有统计学意义,其中,华南地区5-6月该蚊密度较高,西南地区6-8月密度较高,华东、华中、华北及西北地区7-8月密度较高,而东北地区8-9月密度较高。5种生境间的三带喙库蚊密度差异有统计学意义,其中牲畜棚和农户该蚊密度相对较高。三带喙库蚊密度存在年际波动现象,其中2010年最高,2012年最低。三带喙库蚊密度的季节高峰呈现单峰型,牲畜棚7月最高,而农户6-8月最高。结论本研究初步掌握了全国三带喙库蚊密度总体水平、地区差异、生境差别、年际波动、季节消长等特征,为三带喙库蚊及相关疾病监测、风险评估、预测预警及控制提供了基础数据。 Objective To understand the population density and seasonal fluctuation of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in the national vector-borne biomonitoring sites and provide the basis for the prevention and control of Culex tritaville and related infectious diseases. Methods From 2006 to 2012, Culex tritaeniorhynchus in five habitats such as urban residential areas, parks, hospitals, farmer households and livestock sheds were monitored by the mosquito-killing lamp at the national vector monitoring sites. Statistical analyzes were carried out on the monitoring results . Results The average density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in the national vector control sites from 2006 to 2012 was 0.82 / (lamp · h). Among the 19 monitoring provinces, the density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Hunan and Hubei in Jiangsu and southern China in East China was relatively high. There were significant differences in density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus between different months in different regions. Among them, the mosquito density was high in May-June in South China, while the density in June-August in Southwest China was higher than that in East China, Central China, North China and Northwest China. August high density, while the northeast region from August to September higher density. There was significant difference in the density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus between the five habitats, in which the mosquito density of livestock shed and farmer households was relatively high. There is interannual fluctuation in the density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus, the highest in 2010 and the lowest in 2012. The seasonal peak of density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus showed unimodal pattern, the highest in livestock shed in July and the highest in June-August in peasant households. Conclusion The study initially mastered the population density, regional differences, habitat differences, interannual fluctuation and seasonal fluctuation of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in China. It provided the information for the monitoring, risk assessment, forecasting and control of Culex tritavilleensis and related diseases, The basic data.
