云南省干河泵站主厂房为地下式厂房,渗漏排水地点较为分散,要求在不同供电状况下,保证启动全部工作水泵。电动机的启动方式较多,应充分了解其特性,合理选择启动设备,特别是柴油发动机供电时,由不同类型启动方式的配合,完成水泵电动机的启动,具有重要的意义。本文通过分析计算干河泵站渗漏排水泵电动机的启动工况,按启动压降等要求,兼顾经济性和技术性,对不同类型的启动设备合理配置,最终选择软启动器和变频器作为启动装置,解决了柴油发动机供电时的启动难问题,同时也使其达满负荷工作,从而保证了泵站排水的经济可靠。
