1 病例报告患者女,49岁。因头痛2月,加重2天于1997—06—10入院。2月前开始出现阵发性头痛,持续3~10min,每日发作数十次,偶有呕吐,呈喷射样。在外地摄胸片诊断为左上肺结核,行抗结核治疗,症状稍有缓解。其后头痛进行性加重,伴厌食、乏力。头痛发作时伴左侧肢体僵硬,发作时间延至30min,咳嗽剧烈,饮水时呛咳,耳呜,视物不清。近2日神志模糊,呼之能应,尿失
A case report was female, 49 years old. Due to headache in February, increased 2 days in 1997-06-10 admission. 2 months ago, paroxysmal headache began to occur, sustained 3 ~ 10min, attack dozens of times a day, occasional vomiting, were spray-like. Chest radiography in the field diagnosed as upper left pulmonary tuberculosis, anti-TB treatment, the symptoms slightly relieved. Headache later aggravated, with anorexia, fatigue. Headache with left limb stiffness, attack time was extended to 30min, severe cough, cough when drinking water, aureole, blurred vision. Nearly 2 days ambiguity, call can be, loss of urine
