通过对24例小白鼠实验急性一氧化碳(CO)中毒时的耳廓微循环观察及肺系数分析,发现吸入高浓度CO后5分钟微循环开始出现明显改变,细动、静脉及毛细血管管径收缩变细。随中毒时间延长,出现血流变慢,部分毛细血管网关闭,细动、静脉及毛细血管管径进一步变细。镜下观察血色呈典型的樱桃红色(较肉眼观察出现早);肺系数比正常明显增大。提示临床可采用外周微循环检查对CO中毒作出早期诊断。
Microcirculation and pulmonary coefficient analysis of 24 cases of mice with acute carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning showed that microcirculation began to change 5 minutes after inhalation of high concentration of CO, with fine tube, vein and capillary diameter contracted Thinning. With the prolonged poisoning, blood flow slowed down, part of the capillary network closure, fine motion, vein and capillary diameter further thinning. Microscopically observed the color of red cherry was typical (compared with the naked eye appeared earlier); lung coefficient increased significantly than normal. Prompt clinical peripheral microcirculation can be used to make early diagnosis of CO poisoning.
