以人为本的理念强调人为中心,教育是以人为中心的,是一种人对人的施教的过程,以人为本符合科学发展观,教育过程中坚持以人为本的理念,实际上是坚持以科学发展观为指导,以学生为教育管理工作的主体,通过提升教学管理工作的效率,以实现学生的全面发展为目的。我国的高校随着社会经济的发展也发生了较大的变化,高校的招生规模在不断扩大,但是高职高专院校的学生管理工作中也存在较多的问题,通过分析高职学生管理工作现存的问题,对学生的整体素质进行综合性的分析评价,通过以人为本的核心理念促进高职学生管理工作的改进。
