目的建立抗炎涂剂中氯霉素含量的HPLC法测定法。方法色谱条件:shim-pack ODS柱(150rnm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:0.34%磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(40:60),流速0.8mL/min,检测波长:278nm,进样量:20μL。结果氯霉素浓度在50~150μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.99999,平均回收率为100.45%,RSD=0.52%,n=6。结论该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,结果准确,适用于该制剂中氯霉素的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chloramphenicol in anti-inflammatory paints. Methods Chromatographic conditions were as follows: shim-pack ODS column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: 0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol (40:60), flow rate 0.8 mL / min, 20 μL. Results The linearity of chloramphenicol in the range of 50-150 μg / mL was good with r = 0.99999, the average recovery was 100.45%, RSD was 0.52% and n = 6. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol in the preparation.
