When the solid surface adsorption phenomenon, the thermodynamic properties of the adsorption system will change. Heat capacity is an important thermodynamic function. The accurate determination of the heat capacities of different adsorption capacities at different temperatures can be used to study the interaction between the solid surface and the adsorbate, characterize the morphology of the adsorbate and infer the structure of the adsorbed layer. Literature reports on this area of work
