我厂生产汽车底盘部分铸件近二百多个品种,球墨铸铁件占94%,1984年产量近四万吨。由于球墨铸铁具有良好的铸造性能和机械性能等优点,在工业上获得了日益广泛的应用。但是,铸造生产过程中不可避免地会出现渣孔、缩孔、砂眼和缺肉等缺陷,约有50~60%可以修复。若采用焊补的方法修复,设备简单,操作方便,经济效益高。为了保证焊补质量,减少铸件废品,提高铸件成品率,长期以来我们一直采用价格昂贵的镍基焊条修复铸件。由于材质上的差异,使焊后铸件常出现焊缝硬度高,而引起加工时打刀,致使许多铸件不论其缺陷大小和部位,一律不允许焊补而报废,造成极大的浪费。
