高职校园文化要与具有“先进性”和“普适性”特征的企业文化相对接,重点是引入顾客导向、创新精神、社会责任、学习精神、正直诚信、追求卓越、团队协作、遵守制度、内部和谐、以人为本等十大优秀企业文化价值观。调查表明,当前高职毕业生最为欠缺的价值观是顾客导向、社会责任、以人为本、创新精神四个方面。本文对校企文化对接的内涵进行界定,并通过调查了解文化对接的不足之处,以期为高职校园文化建设提供有益参考。
The campus culture of higher vocational education should be opposite to the enterprise culture characterized by “advancedness” and “universalism”. The emphasis is to introduce customer orientation, innovative spirit, social responsibility, study spirit, integrity and integrity, the pursuit of excellence, Cooperation, compliance with the system, internal harmony, people-oriented top ten outstanding corporate culture values. According to the survey, the most deficient values of current graduates of higher vocational schools are the four aspects of customer orientation, social responsibility, people-oriented and innovative spirit. This article defines the connotation of the school-enterprise culture docking, and through investigation to understand the inadequacies of the cultural docking, with a view to providing useful reference for the construction of campus culture.
