From March 19 to March 20, the 2002 National Enterprise Training Conference was held in Hangzhou. Vice Governor Ye attended the meeting and made a speech. She gave a comprehensive introduction to the economic and social development in Zhejiang Province and gave a special explanation on the train of thought for carrying out enterprise training in Zhejiang Province.
