领导者经常对犯错误的下属进行批评 ,但收到的批评效果却有好坏之分。批评效果好 ,下属能够认识并改正错误 ,以后不再犯同样的错误 ,保证工作的顺利进行 ;批评效果差 ,下属的错误不仅没有改正 ,还与领导者产生对立情绪 ,甚至工作积极性受到严重挫伤。因此 ,领导者应有效批评下?
