众所周知,体育届有四年一次的奥林匹克大赛。你是否知道中餐界也有属于自己的“奥林匹克”盛会?这就是四年一次的“中国烹饪世界大赛”。从1992年开始,中国烹饪世界大赛每四年举办一次,以其参赛选手面广、技艺高超而著称,代表了当代中餐烹饪的最高水平,被誉为“中餐奥林匹克”。2012年11月16日至18日,美丽的花园城市新加坡迎来了来自世界13个国家和地区、200多位优秀中餐业厨师组成的53支代表队。
As we all know, there is a four-year Olympic Games. Do you know that the Chinese food industry also has its own “Olympic” event? This is the four-time “Chinese Cooking World Contest.” Since 1992, the China World Cooking Contest has been held every four years. It is famous for its wide range of players and superb skills. It represents the highest level of contemporary Chinese cuisine and is known as the “Chinese Olympics.” From November 16 to November 18, 2012, Singapore, a beautiful garden city, welcomes 53 teams of more than 200 excellent Chinese chefs from 13 countries and regions in the world.
