精细陶瓷材料近年来已开始进入到摩擦学的工业应用领域中,含有9%mol 氧化镁的部分稳定的二氧化锆(PSZ)是其中的一个典型代表。与其他陶瓷相比,它韧性最高,它的硬度高过金属。它还具有很高的化学稳定性,至少能耐800℃的高温。在绝热发动机、采矿设备、金属热加工乃至纺织、食品行业的初步应用中已取得良好的结果,表明它在高温无油润滑条件下,在磨粒存在或腐蚀环境中具有优良的耐磨性能。
In recent years, fine ceramic materials have started to enter the tribological industrial applications. Partially stabilized zirconium dioxide (PSZ) containing 9% mol of magnesium oxide is one of the typical representatives. Compared with other ceramics, it has the highest toughness and its hardness is higher than that of metal. It also has high chemical stability, at least 800 ℃ high temperature. Good results have been obtained in the preliminary application of adiabatic engines, mining equipment, metal thermal processing and even the textile and foodstuffs industries, which shows that it has excellent wear resistance in the presence of abrasive particles or in corrosive environments under high temperature and oil-free conditions.
