Both tumor necrosis factor (TN-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) are cytokines that have multiple biological activities and are involved in the development of many chronic liver diseases. In this paper, 121 patients with viral liver disease serum TNF- and IL-6 levels to explore the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 to determine the severity of the disease and prognosis of viral liver disease. ?
