In this thesis, we systematically studied the solderability and brazing process of composite titanium-nickel-nickel diamond. According to a large number of experiments, the best process curve and the relationship between heating time and solderability at different temperatures were obtained. The surface morphology of the brazed samples and the interfacial bonding between the diamond and the substrate were observed by stereomicroscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the highest brazing temperature of the selected silver-based brazing filler metal is 90 0 ℃, the lowest brazing temperature is 650 ℃, and the brazing time is shorter when the temperature is higher. After brazing the bonding strength between the diamond and the substrate is greater than 14 0MPa.
