要使安装的透镜元件能经受住热或冲击环境条件的严峻考验,就应特别注意元件(cell)和承盘的设计。根据透镜的用途,安装方法有各种形式,从垫片和座上的锐角到表面接触的整个抛光半径,变化很大。在这些范围之间,有时候采用一种适宜的协调方法,就是切向安装。这里对有助于选择切向垫片和透镜座的设计考虑加以探讨,并提供一种能满足军用技术条件的最佳元件组合的安装法。
In order to withstand the rigors of thermal or impact environmental conditions, special attention should be paid to the design of the cell and retainer. Depending on the purpose of the lens, the mounting method can take a wide variety of forms, and the entire polishing radius from the acute angle on the shims and seat to the surface varies widely. Between these ranges, it is sometimes appropriate to use a coordinated approach that is tangential to the installation. The design considerations that will help select the tangential spacer and the lens holder are discussed here and provide a method of mounting the best combination of components to meet military technical conditions.
