外语教学课堂评估不应只停留在评估的层面上,而应该超越评估,尊重学生,发掘他们的多方面潜能。教师应该采取行为表现评估,全方面地对学生的学习情况进行评估。行为表现评估是在教学过程中进行的评价。目的是发现每个学生的潜质,强化改进学生的学习并为教师提供反馈。这种评估能发挥学生各自的主动性、能动性和创造性。它不仅培养了学生学习的兴趣,增强了他们学习的动机,而且提升了他们学习的自信心。而且这种评价是多方面的,可以是教师对学生的、学生对学生的,也可以是学生对教师的、教师对家长的。平时经常是老师去评价学生,形式很单一,应寻求更多的途径,这样更能激发学生的潜力。
Foreign language teaching classroom assessment should not just stay at the assessment level, but should go beyond evaluation, respect for students, to explore their multi-faceted potential. Teachers should conduct behavioral assessment to evaluate students’ learning in all aspects. Performance assessment is the evaluation of the teaching process. The goal is to discover the potential of each student, to improve student learning and provide feedback to teachers. This assessment can play a student’s own initiative, initiative and creativity. It not only cultivates students’ interest in learning, enhances their motivation to learn, and enhances the self-confidence they learn. And this evaluation is multifaceted, can be teacher to student, student to student, can also be student to teacher, teacher to parent. Usually the teacher is often to evaluate students, the form is very simple, should seek more ways to better stimulate the potential of students.
