建立在企业正式制度层面上的人力资源管理模式,具有较好的目标管理优势。然而若只是依托绩效考核这种权威式管理模式,难以持续增强职工的岗位意识。需要充分挖掘企业文化的作用,作用包括凝聚作用、激励作用、强化作用。企业管理者须将企业文化的核心元素得以切实贯彻。在实践方面应突出企业的思想文化,包括向职工指出企业内涵式发展的重要性;通过企业文化营造出学习氛围;通过思想政治工作增强职工的学习意识。
Established in the formal system of enterprise human resources management mode, has a good target management advantages.
