进入Poncelet Cheese Bar奶酪吧,挑高的空间令人舒适松弛,特别是入口处。奶酪吧最具特色的部分是奶酪洞穴与室内花园。壮观的水晶奶酪洞穴由涂有天然油脂保护层的汽化雪松木制成,钻石形状的洞穴中配备了必要的设施,以保证奶酪存放的完美湿度和温度条件。室内花园里有1000多棵植株,创造了一个氧气水平极高的处所,为顾客提供清新洁净的空气。Poncelet Cheese Bar奶酪吧内有两种不同的用餐氛围:一种是配有矮桌的半开放房间,为顾客提供较为私密的空间;另一种是北欧风格的一张实心橡木长条餐桌,让客人可以分享彼此的美食心得。二楼是图书馆,里面有大量的英、法、西班牙语书籍和期刊,都是关于奶酪或美食的。同时这里也举办一些有关奶酪行业的重大活动。
