三点法噪声测量系统可直接测定各种固态器件的噪声电流谱密度或电压谱密度。与传统的正弦波法和噪声发生器法比较,大部分系统本身噪声可被分离而扣除,因此可测噪声下限低、精度高。而且不必知道测试系统的系统增益,对它的频率响应和输入阻抗亦无严格要求,无需对输出读数进行修正,也不需要在低频范围难以获得的白噪声发生器。这样可提高噪声测量的准确度。实验证明测量结果的精度优于传统的测量方法,本系统特别适用于低噪声的红外探测器的噪声测量。
Three-point noise measurement system can directly measure a variety of solid-state devices noise current spectral density or voltage spectral density. Compared with the traditional sine wave method and noise generator method, most of the system noise can be separated and deducted, so the lower limit of noise can be measured and the precision is high. And without knowing the system gain of the test system, there is no strict requirement on its frequency response and input impedance. There is no need to correct the output readings or the white noise generator difficult to obtain in the low frequency range. This improves the accuracy of noise measurements. Experimental results show that the accuracy of the measurement results better than the traditional measurement methods, the system is particularly suitable for low noise infrared detector noise measurements.
