本届年会由机械电子部207研究所主办,郑州高炮学院协办,于1988年11月11日至11月16日在郑州召开,主题是C~3I 系统技术。参加年会的共有41个单位的71位代表。研究会名誉理事长、国防科工委副主任谢光同志参加了会议,就本研究会关心的几个问题作了重要讲话。年会认为,国外战术C~3I 系统的发展特点是在总体方面势向一体化,较好地解决了互通性、公用性问题,有较高的费效比;在设计思想上采用从顶层向下设计的方法;在技术上采用(1)分布式分层式体制结构,(2)32位高性能的微型计算机,(3)光纤通信系统和野战微波系统,综
This annual meeting is sponsored by the Institute of Machinery and Electronics 207 and co-organized by Zhengzhou Artillery Academy. It was held in Zhengzhou on November 11, 1988 to November 16, 1988. The theme is C ~ 3I system technology. A total of 71 representatives of 41 units participating in the annual meeting. Honorary chairman of the Research Council, Comrade Xie Guang, deputy director of the State Commission of Science and Technology attended the meeting and made several important speeches on several issues of concern to the seminar. The annual meeting held that the development characteristics of the C ~ 3I system in foreign tactics are the tendency of integration in the overall aspect, the problems of interoperability and commonality are well solved, and the cost-effectiveness ratio is higher. In terms of design philosophy, (1) distributed hierarchical architecture, (2) 32-bit high-performance microcomputers, (3) optical fiber communication systems and field microwave systems, and comprehensive
