近年来,为确保施工质量,我公司曾采取增加专职质监员,提高抽检频率等措施,但收效仍然不明显,工人与管理人员的关系反而搞得很紧张。后来我们在梅园工程的装饰施工中,使出了设“工人大使”的新招,具体做法是:从班组中挑选出技术过硬、作风正派、敢于负责的工人,由施工队队长任命其为“工人大使”,明确其有为班组工人群众进行技术操作示范的义务和拥有对班组施工质量鉴定的“生杀大权”。
