通过调查非英语专业大学生对英语教师角色的期盼,探讨了教师如何根据学生的反馈意见,切实转变自己的角色和职能,更好地发挥学生所期待的以下作用:与学生多接触交流,成为学生的良师益友;引导学生积极参与课堂教学;培养学生自主学习能力;激发学生的学习动机;帮助学生找到一些有效的学习方法;组织学生进行课堂讨论、交流;关注学生的进步,鼓励学生克服困难;注重学生差异,因材施教;以学生为中心,避免对学生学习过程的控制、包办;帮助学生确定科学合理的学习目标、学习计划。
By investigating the expectation of non-English majors on the role of English teachers, this paper explores how teachers can effectively change their roles and functions according to the feedback of students and give full play to the following roles expected of students: Students mentoring; guide students to actively participate in classroom teaching; develop students ’autonomous learning ability; motivate students’ learning motivation; help students find some effective learning methods; organize students to discuss in class, exchange; pay attention to student progress, encourage students to overcome difficulties; Focus on student differences, teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes; to students as the center, to avoid the control of student learning process, arranged; to help students determine the scientific and rational learning objectives, learning programs.
